We will make every effort to have all pieces shown in stock, but due to the individuality of the jewelry shown, availability on certain items may be limited (if you have ordered an item that is unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible). Coquette accepts Visa/Mastercard. Checks may also be accepted, but must clear before items are shipped. We regret that at this time Coquette cannot accept international orders. Sales tax: we are required to charge sales tax for any order shipped within Arizona (8.1%).

If you see a piece you like on the website, but prefer a different stone, most items can be custom made with your preference. Call us! Please note that custom orders are non-refundable.

Coquette wants you to be totally enchanted with your purchase and extends a return period of 14 days from delivery of your purchase.

Returned item must be unworn and in its original condition, and returned with a copy of the original invoice. For returns, credit to your card will be issued once item is received. We advise you use any trackable shipping service, such as USPS priority insured. We cannot assume responsibility for uninsured or damaged returns. Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges associated with a return or exchange. Please contact us for return address and additional shipping information.

If, after you receive your order, you would like the fit of your piece adjusted (altered in length), please let us know! Cost for alterations is additional and you must be responsible for all shipping charges. If you have a particular length in mind beforehand, let us know when ordering as we can alter the piece before shipping.

Lost an earring? Contact us, as no earring should be lonely. Earring should be mailed back to us so as replacement can be made to match as closely as possible (see shipping section)

Gift boxes are included with each order. Gift certificates, gift bags, and custom gift wrapping available.
